From what I've seen there's not really a lot of that "wild" impossible-things fic in ASOIAF. Pairings can be odd/disturbing (LOTS of incest, LOTS of lolita type stuff) but generally they're not all that crazy unrealistic in terms of things like mpreg. I've actually never come across that at all.

It probably exists but compared to other fandom i've been in there's not a lot of really weird shit going down in GOT/ASOIAF fic. the universe is disturbing and rapey and canonically incestuous enough as it is.
