That's not "tumblr language". That's BS textspeak, which everyone uses and is afraid to admit.

Fucking this. It drives me crazy when I see those posts going "BUT GUYZ TUMBLR IS TOTES A LANGUAGE."

(I should probably add that I have a Tumblr and I enjoy the nice little corner of it that I have found. But every once in a while, I'll see dumb posts like that and I want to flip a table.)
