Eating disorder fic?

Can anyone rec me fanfics that involve a character having an eating disorder, treated in a thoughtful, in-depth, and respectful way? I'd prefer long multichapter fics, but if you know really good shorter ones, those are also welcome.

Can be from any fandom you are familiar with, I'm not super-picky about that part.

Just here to second In a Mirror Distorted. Read it years ago, but I can remember it being touching, and convincing (at least to someone who hasn't had an ED), and realistic in that everything isn't solved by the end, but they're getting better.

There's a Star Trek one that's really good. :)
