Then she should have worded her question better knowing how the fandom is. Any mention of bisexuality is going to be misconstrued in thinking that it is automatically about Dean and Cas before she even gets the second word out. Destiel is such a polarizing topic the reason why they don't want the questions asked at cons is because not only is Jensen tired of answering those questions but it's a quick way to make a con erupt in chaos. And this time it actually did.

A better wording would have been, "You know how many shows on the CW, like The Vampire Diaries, have done an "It gets better" video? Would Supernatural ever show its support by doing one too? I am bisexual and it would mean the world to me if I had it."

That has ZERO to do with Destiel and I doubt the same chaos would have erupted.

Now I am not laying the blame on the asker because the crowd had no right to react like children. But, again, she could have prevented it if she had tested out the question on someone before hand to see how it sounds.
