Aerith Gainsborough/Sirius Black, I wanted to do a crossover fic where Sirius and Harry ended up on the FFVII world, because Lily was a descendant of a group of Cetra that ended up on Earth somehow, and her sacrifice kinda made the home world notice and pull Harry back to it. They met Aerith and Elmira, they all kinda raised Harry together, but Aerith and Sirius didn't really become a couple till later. There was also a bunch of stuff about how the two worlds and their magic had evolved so differently, and how Materia acted in very different and sometimes unpredictable ways when Sirius and Harry to use it. And the Dementors turned out to be decayed "children" of Jenova that had been sent after the escaped Cetra Lily and Harry had descended from....

Ken Ichijouji (Digimon)/Uryuu Ishida (Bleach) (I call it Kenshida) is legitimately one of my favorite pairings in the world. Other crossover things I ship with a passion include:
