I love Bruce Banner in the comics, the fanfic, the fanart, his concepts...can't stand the movie dude's face though. Just cannot make myself give a shit about that face

Not so much "can't stand to watch them" as "I find this kind of baffling" - why was everyone flailing over how attractive Jeremy Renner supposedly is?

Like, ok, he has a nice body (like the vast majority of youngish Hollywood action stars) but THAT FACE.

(spoiler)In the post credit scene it took the majority of the scene for me to realise it was Banner. There's just something I can't remember about his face? Especially with his hair all cut. The Doctor and temperment comments clued me in but until that point I was ?????? oh oh okay it's Banner, science bros /try to be excited and fail

I would not have known it was Banner, if I hadn't already been spoiled about him appearing in that scene.

they should have done something to make him look more like he did in Avengers (specifically the hair), because I think a lot of people were confused. It doesn't help that Banner's been played by so many different actors on screen.

This makes me a little sad. :( I like his average-face.
