I can name a few that I'm getting sick of, but can't leave yet because 1) Not done yet 2) I've been so committed for so long. How about you guys?

MCU.

I really loved the Avengers, okay, but Iron Man 3 was sort of ugh and the next Thor movie is everything I don't want, but that seems to be all everyone wants to talk about these days. :/ Actual Avengers discussion is dead, so I'll probably be moving on after I finish my big bang fics.

Just wondering, but what is it about the Thor movie that you don't like? Personally, I'm holding out on my own opinion until I see it but I'm curious as to what makes you feel that way.

Mostly I just didn't like the first Thor movie, and I really, really don't like Loki. I'll probably go see it when it comes to theaters because I want to give it a fair chance, but the trailer didn't look promising, and I dread the possible Jane/Thor/Sif love triangle.

I don't know if I'm getting sick of it exactly, but I certainly have a lower tolerance for characterization misunderstandings or OOCness in Star Trek '09 fic. You have over 30 years of canon to fill in gaps your characterization, I will hit the back button if Spock says Vulcans don't feel emotions. (I see this a lot.) I tolerate mischaracterizarion in other fandoms (to a point), but I get weird about Star Trek.

...but Spock does say Vulcans don't feel emotions? He also says they don't lie. He's lying both times.

True. But, I'm not talking about Spock lying. I'm talking about the author thinking that Vulcans don't feel.

...How can you even watch TOS and/or the movies and still think that's true? Wow.

Fair enough (and I agree) but you said if Spock says it. I was just saying that it's completely canon that he does in fact say that, all fic problems aside.

One of my friends says Spock/Uhura was OOC in the 09 film because she subscribes to "Vulcans don't feel emotions," and she even denies the fact that it was originally intended to be canon in TOS because of that. Ugh.

Supernatural. I have not read a SPN fic in a month or so. :(

At the moment, none. But that's just because I did some pruning a few months back and quit following some shows I was fed up with (and their respective fandoms). I'm still happily following the remaining ones.

Yeah, I was really invested in bloodswaps... in 2011. Get with the program, bloodswappers. No one cares anymore.

I had a whole long comment here about not being as interested in Homestuck fandom anymore, but as I was writing it I started thinking of more and more that does still interest me. So... thanks for inadvertently reawakening my passion for Homestuck, I guess?

Star Wars. I still love the original trilogy (and some of the Expanded Universe), but I'm losing patience with the fandom.

Seriously you guys, I'm not too happy about the upcoming sequels either, but there's nothing anyone can do to stop it. Quit your whining. (And who knows? Maybe we'll be pleasantly surprised.)

Harry Potter. I haven't read a good HP fic in months. I'd kill for something long and uber plotty, but nothing like that has come from the fandom in years (I ship Harry/anyone except Ginny and read gen, as well, so it's not like I'm being super picky ship-wise, either).

It's the same with Supernatural and Merlin. I can't even re-read my old favorites because I've read them so many times already.

HP, SPN, and Merlin are my main fandoms, and it sucks so hard that I can hardly get into them anymore.

The only reason why I haven't been outright depressed because of this is 'cause I've been devouring the Doctor Who and Teen Wolf fandoms.

I wouldn't say tired exactly, but I haven't been involved in Hobbit fandom lately. There are still fics I'll catch up with in the future and it's not like my love has faded, but for right now that isn't where my interests lie. When more Desolation of Smaug stuff comes out I'll be all over it though.

Ditto Supernatural. Nobody cares about my OTP, and the show and the recent wank are really putting me off. But I try to keep up, for my friends' sakes. tbh I'm just looking for time to get back in the Phineas and Ferb fandom. It's a good fandom.

Dean/Gabriel! Admittedly, it's not as tiny as some of the ships I've shipped and I actually have about half a dozen friends who ship it, but none of them are writers or artists so I'm the only one regularly producing fanworks for it.

Aww, sad. :( I would be into that, actually, but I left SPN fandom around season 6.

The Hobbit, One Direction, and ASOIAF. The three fandoms that consumed me for about a year and a half and I'm now almost entirely over them. Unfortunately, I've replaced them with a pretty small fandom full of bad writers who don't update often. I wish I hadn't lost interest now.

Homestuck, tbh, but I still love the characters. I'm just going to stay on f!s and within my own small group of friends and quietly disregard the actual fandom. Except for art I see on my dashboard.
