I love Snape-friendship stories too :) Have you tried Potions and Snitches for Harry&Snape? There are lots of different categories for their relationship too and iirc, it's all gen because Snarry slash is not allowed.

I've read fewer Snape&McGonagall stories, but here are two nice ones: De Amicitia and Not A Present.

! There's a whole website of Snape&Harry gen! Never thought that possible. I don't lurk in the fandom too much, so I miss such things regularly. Thank you!

I think it's somewhat (if not very) OOC for the book!Snape, but for some weird reason it's the thing I enjoy the most in this fandom.

The Never-ending Road by Laventadorn has Snape have a fairly canon-like friendship with Dumbledore and Minerva (that is, the two try to be his friends and he barely resists :p), and a tentative friendship with a girl!Harry forming sloooowly

Also, check out "The Best Revenge" (they are two stories). Snape was actually kind of friends with the other teachers.
