lilsmartass' http://archiveofourown.org/series/30998 First Impressions and Second Chances, it's a series of fics, she's completed 2, and the 3rd is finished but she's posting it in sections and won't be it be updated until sometime later this month due to her moving to China this month. She's also finished part 4 and it's being beta'ed. She's planned 6/7 stories, iirc.

It's heavily Tony whump and not a lot of comfort at the moment, but it's coming. It's also about Tony being "unintentionally,accidently" bullied by Steve, Natasha, Clint, etc. Then they learn their mistakes and everyone tries to make amends, etc. Mostly, for now, the comfort is in the meta fics it's spawned here: http://archiveofourown.org/series/35037 where fans of the stories write their own scenes/outtakes/meta and it gets posted there.
