140.9c/litre, in my currency.

Converting for the Americans, that's US$1.42 a litre, or US$5.38/gallon.

Minimum wage is about $15, less if you're under twenty ($5.87 if you're under sixteen, sixteen gets $7.55, then $9.22, then $10.90, then $13.17, and finally twenty-year-olds get $15.59, and that's where it's capped). My city has the highest cost of living in my country, but I'm not sure of the exact cost.

Forgot the other part of the question. I usually use public transport myself (don't have a license, never wanted to drive), or get a lift with Mum. Mum drives, as do... well, most people. Public transport is pretty extensively used (...especially in the mornings when I'm going to uni, sob), but not as much as it could be. It doesn't help that our city's rail service is, um, less than optimal.
