Whatcha Say is one of those songs that I've had to listen to dozens of times due to how much they used to play it on the radio but I never actually listened to the lyrics and had no idea it was about infidelity. And now I look up the lyrics and it's like "Wow this dude totally cheated on his girlfriend"

Yeah, it took a while before I noticed what he was actually saying in the song, and then it was like "can't unhear." And now I've discovered that the chorus was sampled from an Imogen Heap song, so really the only part original to that song is the 'roof caved in and the truth came out' bit. Oh well.
