Kingdom Hearts is actually worth playing even though the fandom is batshit insane. I don't tend to take much part in the fandom anymore because it's just so out of control but I play the game more than ever and appreciate its sanity in comparison XD and FFIII I'd definitely recommend as well. I do avoid the Final Fantasy fandom like the plague, though.

(In conclusion, the games? YES! The fandoms? Hell no.)

I haven't played it myself, but I've seen my sister play it through several times. By which I don't mean just kinda glancing what she's doing a couple of times, but actually sitting there and watching every battle and every conversation and every minigame.

Then again, I'm not RP'ing/writing fics about it, either.

Is that fun? Just watching the whole game get played, without playing it yourself? I'm only asking because whenever I try to do that, even for really short periods of time, I have to fight off the urge to grab the controller from whoever's playing and keep going myself (even if I've never played the game before ^^; ).

Just wondering, is all.

I played it. .-.

AC really did a number to the FFVII fandom. It went from almost half of the fandom having not beaten the game to over half having not even played it.

I almost understand when you get fandoms for short things like movies where people aren't familiar with the source material, but it's the 40+ hour games where most of the fandom is getting wiki information that baffle me.

2. I have...lots of times, actually. I've been a fan since '98...although, I stay far away from the fandom.

Uh... Hands/arms seem too small/thin and the heads too large, but those might just be the style.

More importantly, both girls' (twins? I believe those are Shion and Mion of Higurashi fame...) far shoulders are a little too high up, and the twin in the back shouldn't be able to stand like that-- even counting the odd angle of the pic, the pose looks like her left leg is a tad short.

Not touching #2, since I don't really count myself in the fandom.
