I loved having the choice, too, after playing the entire game blind. I was so excited when I made each decision, and the final one made me ecstatic.

And then two minutes later, I went back and made the other choice, and realized that everything turned out exactly the same. Ruined it for me. There was no special or good ending, nothing better to unlock. It was all the same, and it left me feeling... unsatisfied.

My problem was with them having Emmeryn actually live through her sacrifice and that she can't get supports with either Chrom or Lissa.

Hot Springs Scramble DLC gives her conversations with them, but I would've loved it if they had supports too.

This anon gave a very mild complaint about that just yesterday in regards to the Paralogue characters. Each of them could have had supports with the adults and the kids because certain traits and quirks of theirs overlaps with others.

Priam having a support with Owain and Cynthia would've been a thing of beauty. Both the former and Yen'fay could've supported with Frederick. Aversa with Cordelia or Cherche, or hell, even Tharja and Henry. Gangrel having a support with Chrom and Lissa. Big hard core missed opportunity by IS, and it's a damn shame, too.
