I assume you mean the guy in grey? That is Tom Hiddleston's babysitter/handler, Luke Windsor. Give me a bit and I can find some hilarious GIFs of him.

His name is Luke Windsor, apparently he's Tom publicist or something? Idk I just looked it up.
