So, not sure I am interpreting this right but basically you don't want to see a familiar character in your hentai? Perhaps you could look at the character designs for a show before you watch it then, since while anime does have many lookalike characters, it's not really that common. Particularly if you are watching something that was made with a higher budget, since on a whole hentai isn't.

This is, of course, assuming that the problem of encountering a lookalike is the only reason you aren't watching anime with your friends.
