12. Personally, I don't care if someone has played the games or not, i'm not too involved in the fandom, but I don't think it matters. There are people out there who have played the game 4 times over and still make shittier fanfiction than those who haven't played at all.

12. No, given the percentage of people that have actually played, there really aren't.

If you take someone who played the game and is a shitty writer and compare it to a good writer's BSing fic using the original game as a source point, it would STILL be shittier for the simple fact that Compilation's characterization, atmosphere, setting, and plot do NOT coalesce with the original game.

So no.
