I've done a lot of research on the subject and have come to the conclusion that I'd never be able to afford a proper transition in a billion years. My only solution at this point is to try to get to a part of my life where I'm comfortable in my skin and I feel like therapy is the only other solution. Which is also expensive :C

Therapy doesn't necessarily have to be expensive. If you live near a university, they may offer community counseling services by their psychology doctoral students for example. Community resources for people struggling with gender identity issues could also be available through your local GLBT-type center.

Of course, none of that is totally useful if you live somewhere a bit more isolated :/
