Are there any fandoms you wish you were in, but you haven't been able to get the time/energy/motivation to jump in yet?

I really want to get into Elementary, I've heard it's really good. But yeah, no time and my Internet connection has been embarrassing lately. Motivation might play a part in it too? I've heard good things about it, but nothing good that actually appeals to me.

By having time skills and passion.

It's okay. I don't know either. I only know how to be involved involved (as in making fanwork, rather than just consuming them) with one thing at a time, and even then only if I don't flit between interests and get bored.

I want to watch and enjoy Elementary but I don't know where I can watch it. :< I don't do torrents and the CBS website is a fucking joke.

I couldn't find it on the CBS site, but Hulu had a direct link to it. I don't know if the link shows up for non-Hulu-subscribers, but it's probably worth checking.

A lot of game fandoms! I've read/seen a lot of great fanworks for stuff like Metal Gear Solid and Team Fortress 2, but I haven't had the time/money to play them yet. @_@

The Legend of Zelda. I'd love to write fic or do fanart but I feel like I can't bring anything new/interesting to the table.

Video games/games in general. I've really admired the jump in graphics the past couple years and I do want to play, but I could never justify to myself buying a console/a $40+ video game. Also, I scare easily and get flustered when playing. I do watch live plays on Youtube but I feel disingenuous to talk about the game to actual gamers.

People always talk about how HP fandom had some amazing fanworks and I always thought it would be a good fandom to get into for that reason. Yet there is absolutely no interest outside of reading the books for me.

Doctor Who. It is a big place with so much stuff going on at the same time. Sometimes there are drama but still, I really want to have someone to share some DW with.
