I don't know can mean 'I totally don't know at all what sets me off about him' or 'it is something about his face/behaviour/voice/whatever but i can't put my finger exactly on what'. With how often the secrets posted only tell half the story, either because the whole story doesn't fit on the secret or because people expect their fandom to be better known than it is, there is nothing wrong with asking for a little more context.
