Doctor Who Season Finale Speculation [spoilers, etc]

Anyone wanna speculate, toss around theories, discuss what you want or hope to see and what you really don't want to see? There's a lot of questioned that need to be answered in this ep, unless they stave off the explanations yet again. Or just take the opportunity whine about how much you hate everything that's been happening -- that's all good too!

Remember to warn for spoilers for stuff that isn't in official teasers and promotional material!

Just like the last two finales, the whole thing will hinge on time loops/paradoxes.

I haven't seen any promos or news -- is River coming back for the finale?

I think so. In the trailer I saw, her voice at least shows up, saying something about "there's something about the Doctor no one should ever know!" or something equally melodramatic.
