That is Micheletto. He's a character on 'The Borgias' which is a gorgeous period drama on Showtime. It's about the Papacy of Pope Alexander the 6th, and his children. They're the ones who inspired Machiavelli's 'The Prince'. Miccy is their pet assassin who kills people with cheese cutters with a woobie side (that the show does not devote enough time to). My icon was made by singlestar1990.
