Right now the big one is My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic (except that I like more the concepts of the setting and the characters than the actual episodes, if that makes sense? Like, the potential of it is wonderful but I know that mystique would fade if the show writers actually examined everything more closely, instead of leaving it vague so watchers and fanfic writers fill in the blanks)

Homestuck

Gunnerkrigg Court

Harry Potter (mostly the fanfiction side of it that plays with "What If" scenarios, and time travel, and the like)

And various others that shift in and out of my attention (currently Final Fantasy VII and Xiaolin Showdown; before it was Storm Hawks, Teen Titans and Kingdom Hearts).

Oh yeah totally get that! I got into MLP:FIM for a bit when it just started to get into obscene levels of popular, but fell out of somewhere around the beginning of the second season. I still really like most of characters though, I'm just not really interested in the fandom or show.

I'm usually really into games; stuff like Phoenix Wright, Professor Layton, and whatnot with the occasional live-action show thrown in for good measure. But right I'm into a few anime like woah. And the two biggest ones, Working!! and Hataraku Maou-sama, somehow both managed to be, in part, about the food industry.
