Usually I'm not bothered by fictional incest, but this just feels like they realised the fandom ships it, so they decided to do it. I actually started watching this show, because I remember reading the showrunner promising, they won't go there and thought it would be a refreshing take on the Borgias. Welp. (And they want to have their cake and eat it, too because if you want to follow the rumors, then you have to do the father/daughter incest, too imo.)

I was actually looking forward to Lucrezia having a happy (if short) marriage for a change...
