Really? It was one of my favourites. Trent Reznor was a real gentleman o_O

It was horribly boring. He just stood there and sang. Didn't even play any of his memorable songs, just songs off the like...B albums.

I... wonder if he was having an off-day. In the one I went to he rocked the place and took requests and everything. Then again, I went to said concert in 2006. He could just be getting old.

Was it his "farewell" tour? I've seen NIN thrice and when I went to the farewell show he didn't play the hits (not even Closer). It was different.

Was that the 2009 tour? Because it was horrible and I wish I could have got my money back.

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, because usually his shows were anything but boring. Maybe he had a bad day? When was that? I saw him 2005 and then during their wave-goodbye tour in 2009 and both times they were amazing and gave some of the best concerts I ever went to.

It was in 2009. The NIN and Jane's Addiction (NINJA) tour.

I seriously thought of seeing NIN this summer. This year's Fuji Rock is like a massive time machine.

As happy as I am that NIN will be back, I'm also a bit wary.

I loved them so much and followed them since I was a teenager with no band even coming close to them. Once they disbanded, it took me 3 years until I finally found a replacement for them - yeah, I'm very difficult when it comes to music - so I just hope that they can still leave up to the name and their music... (HtdA just wasn't mine, no matter how much I tried to like it).
