Just don't let the shame and despair overwhelm you now, tell yourself you're going to reflect on the whole situation tomorrow, fix what needs fixing and let go that needs letting go, but right now you deserve some rest - and then do anything from the previous anon's great list if you can. And whatever it is you're struggling with at this moment, I'm sure you can make it.
