(Anonymous) 2013-05-18 03:34 am (UTC)(link)Just ... shaky fictional science isn't really a good enough reason to step right into the middle of a complex racial issue? Seriously, just rework the script. If you need a character to die heroically and then come back again, Trek has a bunch of possible methods that you could use instead. I know they were trying to evoke the ending of TWoK, but again, cheap nostalgia and shoddy science really don't make good enough excuses.
