(Anonymous) 2013-05-18 03:58 am (UTC)(link)I've actually thought about this kind of thing before (though not specifically about this show but people I know/people in general.) I feel like a lot of times people get so hung up on what they think romance or a relationship is 'supposed' to be that they might miss out on something that would work for them and make them happy just because it doesn't look like the kind of relationship they think they 'should' have.
I have two friends that T&A remind me a lot of. Everyone in our group of friends basically treats them like a couple anyway and they've even said that they know they're perfect for each other and they would be together if they could just skip the sex part. And its like... why can't you? 'Oh we can't do that, people would think we're freaks.' *sigh*
