Anything with mint and chocolate. I seem to recall Friendly's having a flavor that is mint ice cream with Oreo pieces.

Haagan-Daz chocolate chocolate-chip. The chocolate on it's own is too sweet IMO, but the chips are a darker/more bitter chocolate that balances everything out just right. :D

The only problem is it's too friggen expensive
