I hardly think he can do no wrong. Didn't he laugh at a joke that douchebag that hosted the Oscars made about Chris Brown/Rihanna? See, no one's perfect.

I think the biggest part of RDJ's appeal is that he was in a terrible place 10 years ago, and now he's healthy, working and with a happy family. It's an amazing thing to accomplish. At least I admire him for that. He may come off kind of douche-y while promoting Iron Man, but that´s probably part of the idea. Tony Stark is a douche. RDJ is a pretty cool dude.

He did a great thing getting better, and he clearly treats people very well in some situations, but... that doesn't really mean that a person is that way in all situations and isn't overall an ass. The fact that he got out of that terrible place is commendable, but people who have suffered - and I say this as one myself - can be jerks too. We're just like everyone else that way.
