Fully agreed. I did that with Tron: Uprising because they refused to let me buy it via i-tunes in my country (as well as almost every other country except for the US). Nor is the OST available.
They were refusing to sell it to the fandom when people would definitely have bought it (I even have an identity disc i-pod docking station damn it, I'm willing to invest money in the franchise).

Thing is: When I get the feeling that it's less illegal to pirate a series than obtaining it legally in some way I will pirate it. It's their own damn fault.
