I can't fall asleep unless I daydream myself as a Mary Sue in some sort of h/c scenario where "I" almost die doing something totally heroic that nobody else would have been crazy enough to try.

Haha, fair enough. That doesn't sound too weird to me, but then again I usually daydream about fannish stuff before bed (otherwise RL stuff keeps me up). Whatever works.
