assuming you're being genuine here, I'll just say that in most cases we don't really know either. a lot of it is looks from what I can tell, though Hyorin and CL (sistar and 2ne1, respectively) are definitely talent.

To me they all look equally attractive in a totally generic and airbrushed way. (Except for those punky girls. They just look ridiculous with those expressions.)

lol 2ne1 isn't punk, nor do they try to be. Honestly I don't even think they care about looking ridiculous, they just like experimenting and having fun while doing it.
