If she didn't quite understand what a trigger is -- and I feel like the vast majority of people I know in RL has never even heard the term before -- or if she got so high that she didn't know what she was doing, then I'd try to forgive her. But if you explained why you haven't been speaking to her since the party, and she didn't apologize or even care... Then you're probably better off without her. I know, since I've been in that situation myself, that it's terrible and hard to truly grasp. I'm genuinely sorry.

Unfortunately that's what it sounds like, but maybe I misunderstood the OP. If she didn't apologize at all or express concern for your well being I say good riddance. I know it's easier said than done to cut people out of your life, but it sounds like you deserve a better friend.

I agree. I've had large anxiety attacks recently and being with friends who care and understand what I am going through makes all the difference. Having people in your life who don't try to understand or don't care, aren't worth it.
