Um, dude. I'm sorry to be the one to break it to you, but early word when the pilot script was picked up was that the show's totally about Hannibal/Will. It may never be more than UST and bromance, but we in the audience are kind of supposed to ship them.

It's like Hannibal's food. Yes, we all know it's creepy and wrong and sick, but it's also beautiful and delicious-looking. This is deliberate, yo. This is their design.
