Who is vastly overwhelmed/angry like I am?

They're going to start charging us to play used games. I can't with this tomfoolery. And the console looks like a computer tower.

Man, I'm glad I'm so far behind on the Xbox 360 games I already own but haven't finished -- not to mention the ones I don't yet have. I can put of Xbox One for a long damn time at this rate.

How is that even going to work with renting games or used games?

I understand that from a developers point of view sharing games with friends = no money. They are a business and there to make money, but this is just bullshit. Why do they have to try and make things so complicated?

Yeah, no, no way. That's ridiculous. Thank goodness I've never been a microsoft gamer (thought about it, but I play Nintendo some, mainly PS). I just hope the others don't decide to do that. That's just stupid and shooting themselves in the foot. If they want to lose business, that's the way to go.

Dunno much about Xbox One, but I DO know the price for a used Kinect just dropped about $40 from my preferred place. This makes me happy.

Hah, this got me poking around, and apparently not only can you not play used discs without paying to purchase the content... the One won't be backwards compatible with even the 360, and it won't play TV without making you buy another addon.

I've never really had any console loyalty, so man am I ever jumping ship. I might not even buy the next gen at all, from what I'm seeing. Maybe it's time to get back to my roots and return to the computer as my primary gaming platform. Or... I wonder how the Ouya's going to do. It certainly seems like exactly the right time for a dark horse to surge ahead of the systems that keep tripping up.

Like the specs, like that it has Skype, blu-ray etc, personally I don't buy used games (bad experiences) but I still see that as a shitty move on MS' part. Hate the lack of BC but I'm starting to get used to that. Games so far? Meh. They need to show me more, but I'm thinking/hoping that E3 will do that. TV? Don't care.

So far, all I want are Thief, Cyberpunk 2077, and Witcher 3 but PS4 will also have those. I do play the Halo, Gears and CoD type games but those aren't and won't be deal breakers for me.

Welp, that pretty much guaranties I'll never own any Xbox ever. I already thought this with the rumors that the new Xbox will need to be online all the time, my internet connection will just not allow that. I haven't seen any definite confirmations on that though.

What shit for brains thought this was a good idea? A hell of a lot of people will never be able to afford that.
