I'd be pretty fucking mad. Your "friend" sounds like a dick, first for being a hypocrite about smoking pot and second for being so careless about triggering you and not bothering to check that you're all right after abruptly leaving the party like that.

My advice is to let this friendship wither. It doesn't sound like she's a very good friend to you, so that shouldn't be difficult. And look for friends who are more considerate of your feelings and who maybe don't smoke weed. It's only natural to be upset about this relationship ending, so let yourself mourn a bit, but keep in mind that a person like this isn't a huge loss.
