Soooooo. Paz is gay. I wonder if this will transition into Kat realizing her own sexuality?

I personally only really ship Annie/Jack. And Zimmy/Jack is the most impossible ship to ever exist. I do understand that if Annie did end up with Kat it would solve her phoenix problem. (Adoption=no biological baby=no early death) But eh. I'd rather Kat be with Paz if she really is bisexual.

Annie can adopt or choose not to have kids even if she's with a man. I don't care for Annie/Jack at all. But I started shipping Paz/Kat as a crackship long before they had that hug scene so I'm pretty happy right now. Though with Gunnerkrigg I'm more into the story than the shipping so I won't be upset if it doesn't work out. I think Annie and Kat work better as best friends.

Since finding out how Surma died, I've always kinda wondered if someday Annie will be driven to have a kid of her own, to pass on the fire instead of letting it die with her. I admit this is only because when Coyote was talking about it his exact words were "just as will happen when you have a child" You is emphasized in the comic, but the thing that gets me is he said when you have a child, not if you have a child. Coming from Coyote I think it's a very important distinction.

I wonder if Surma ended up marrying Carver, because despite knowing what would happen he was willing to have a child with her.

The Annie/Kat shipper in me is kinda let down, but I just realized I am a-okay with Kat/Paz and now desperately want it to be true. I can't help but wonder if Kat will break Paz's heart next update. :(
