I've considered doing an OC story about that myself. The only thing stopping me is that the OC might ed up being close to me and people tend to not like characters like that and assume they're Sues.

I mean knowing what a Sue IS I would know to avoid it because I know what actually makes a sue (I wouldn't want to focus on being in the action anyway but rather the psychological effects of what's going on and how they would effect the autistic witch/wizard. Like the stress of the last year or the year the Chamber was opened, Or the Triwizard Tournament. Nor would I want to have them interact too much with the main trio.) But ....eh... Only people who knew me would know it was an SI anyway.

Also as an autistic person , about the whole "de-autism potion" I can actually see both sides. While I wouldn't want to completely get rid of symptoms I see why some would. I do feel like it would change a lot of my personality not to have it ( I don't really see why everyone's freaking out about that statement... it seems like a valid conclusion to me. Its like the way my mind works, or to use computer terms the operating system I run on.)

Also it's not like the only two options are don't have it or 'force it down every autistic's throat' . It's possible, especially if it were a lesser known potion that it would just be available to anyone who chooses it. Or there could be a potion that's reporpoused to that. In my opinion people shouldn't be forced to use it, but they shouldn't be prevented from using it because someone who declares themselves an "activist" demands they be 'proud' of a disorder that could be making their life miserable. Their mind, their choice. / my two cents.

on why people are yelling at each other

because this is the internet dammit. Peacefully disagreeing is not allowed you have to be ANGRY about it. It's in the rules.

(Psst: I think it's kinda dumb too tbh. People who argue like that will never convince anyone.)
