Batman Forever stars Val Kilmer, not Clooney. But you're right in that the Clooney one is unwatchable.

Ah, yes, you are correct. I had Batman and Robin and Batman Forever mixed up. I'd actually say Batman and Robin is worse.

I did, too, haha. I'm kind of confused about why people find Forever and Batman & Robin so offensive, especially when in the same breath they'll praise the Adam West version, which I don't exactly remember as being the pinnacle of seriousness and taste.

Probably because with the Adam West version everyone involved knew it was being delightfully cheesy while in Batman and Robin they're earnest.

Huh, personally I thought Batman and Robin was also aware that it was fun and cheesy...I mean, I would have to question the sanity of anyone involved in it who thought they were making Shakespeare.

It is by far worse. My friends and I got so tired of watching it (we were in a cheap movie theater with like no one else there) we started a food fight instead.
