I feel like I've tried it a bunch of different ways but it doesn't seem to make a difference. And it's gotten worse lately than it used to be even though I haven't really done anything different so it doesn't make any sense.

I would be so embarrassed to go to a doctor for something like this but I might have to if it doesn't stop.
