Nothing, except in the cases where it significantly negatively affects their ability to function, even minimally, in the world, because that is a disorder. And if fixing such issues would significantly improve the individual's quality of life, I don't think there's anything wrong with that, either.

But beyond that, I do think society as a whole needs to learn to be more accommodating and accepting of people who simply function differently. We're very supportive of people who function the "right" way, but everybody else either "just needs medication/therapy!" or "just needs to try harder/stop being so lazy!" It's...infuriating.

I have to admit, I'm not entirely sure where the line is between 'functioning' and 'impaired functioning' actually lies, because a lot of things can impair functioning. For instance, someone with a bad habit of procrastination can significantly negatively affect your ability to function, but that isn't considered to be a disorder. Sure, it's a good idea to work on it, but there's no... cure for procrastination, or genetic tests for procrastination, or anything like that...
