Can someone explain the context of this for me, please?

Conan the comedian had a famous cartoon guy, Bruce Timm, draw him a character which he named the Flaming C. Said character was then animated into the cartoon Young Justice, which is also owned by WB. (They took out Batman and then Superman, pasting him in instead for a short clip for Conan's show.) Later, they made a fake movie trailer.
