Gullah Gullah Island was a show that came on Nick Jr. in the mid 90s. It was a preschool show focused on an African American family (the first in the US) in the Gullah region of South Carolina (I grew up in Upstate SC).

The yellow thing is Binyah Binyah Polliwog, a tadpole.
