Except most the "anything but country and rap" people don't know they exist and the fact that their music isn't country, or rap so the "anything but country and rap" people wouldn't care if they did know... sure. Why not?

You think there are no "I like all music...except country and rap!" types in China?

It's more of a western thing. A Chinese person isn't going to go around talking about how much s/he hates country any more than a non-Japanese person talks about how they like everything except rap and enka or a non-Bavarian-type going on about how they like everything but polka and rap.
