I WANT THAT TO HAPPEN NOW! They are both so fantastic, I don't know who would be whose companion. Would the Doctor be traveling with Guinan or would Guinan be traveling with the Doctor. Both could work.

You know, both of those characters meeting her sounds cool considering that depending on the timeline, technically both have lost their home world and most of or all of their people.

I think there's audio somewhere of Spock meeting Q...

Read Doctor Who/Star Trek: TNG - Assimilation². The Doctor meets Guinan (and they get along well).

He also meets Spock, in a flashback issue.

Wasn't there an official Trex/DW crossover comic at one point in time? I remember seeing cover art.

If you're not married to it being Eleven, Four met Spock in the comic book DW/TNG - Assimilation² - the series was mostly Eleven and the Ponds meeting the TNG crew, but there was a flashback issue to Four meeting the TOS crew.

Isn't there a comic where Four meets Spock and offers him a jelly baby? Or have I misheard?

I have a fanfic/fanzine from the 80s where Doctor #4 gets stranded on the Enterprise and Spock helps him with repairs. My copy was signed by George Takei for me at a con.

I don't recall the name of the publication. I can go through my files for it if anyone is interested.
