ugh, same here and I get so annoyed with myself. I abandoned a fic a year ago out of sheer laziness but I still think about the plot every single day (I had the end completely planned). such a good idea, too. for shame ):

I'm "working on" a bunch of fics. By which I mean I have the plot and a few scenes figured out, but haven't managed to start any of them. I'm terrible with beginnings and other things end up distracting me.
