Try to make as many meals as you can yourself, that way you can make less meat and more vegetables. And as an added bonus you know exactly what you put in you, so it will automatically be healthier.
Oh and stop eating when you are full, you can always reheat (or finish) left overs later...
At least those are the things that helped me, I don't exactly know anything about your diet so you might already be doing all the things i said already.

For some reason, my attention has been caught by this character in a move, and I keep asking myself what would XX do? here and instead of eating 3-4 or more slices of pizza, I eat one and maybe some salad and I'm full w/o being so stuffed; and i'm trying to eat healthier. Maybe do that?
Also, you might try visualizing yourself eating healthier and less; if you can't visualize it, you can't do it.
