I'm mocking him because I don't believe he did it to do the right thing, he did it to make it all about him again.

Trolling is screaming Me! Mememememe! Look at me! And for once, someone screamed louder, so first he tried posting huge 'don't feed the troll' signs, and when no one listened, he went here. The title of this thread says it all, really.

I'm not going to applaud just because he disguises his attention seeking as concern for rape survivors. If anything, I find it more annoying than his usual shtick.

I don't think that's an accurate reading of the situation. I think, on balance, noodly has displayed the ability to be a reasonable person about things at times, especially when people are clearly in real pain. But who knows, maybe you're right.
