Legs form from the outside of the lower portion. The rest folds up about where it bends, and rotates about the forks so that the part of the legs that points forward forms forward facing feet. The front wheel dangles between the legs, the rear one folds flat against the back as the seat folds back and turns, the storage basket becoming the head. The handlebar section expands and splits into arms with pincer-style hands, formed by the handlebars and an extra peg that extends during transformation. He'd be a weird looking 'bot, but scooters always become weird looking 'bots.
