While I can't say that I find him attractive per say, I have had a similar change of heart concerning Parker. When it was a DS exclusive and I just watched LPs, I could have cared less about him and even got a bit of cruel amusement over his *spoiler*....... "death."

But now, having been able to play the game myself on my console, I've found I like him a great deal more and even appreciate him as a character. I wouldn't mind if they brought him back somehow.

Still could have done without the jarring Terrigeria (or however it's spelled) flashbacks though. If they'd kept his sections on the Queen Zenobia, I wouldn't have any complaints concerning him. (I also could have done without Keith and Quint, entirely. I find that entire subjection of the game incredibly boring.)

I'm kind of on the opposite end of things, I found Revelations to be refreshing and very well put-together. Kinda what RE6 should've been, and I really enjoyed Keith and Quint, but I'm also a big fan of stupid humor. So there's that.

If you found a bit of amusement over Parker's "death" I have to know how you felt about Jessica? I personally thought she was the most transparent and ridiculous character, but, regardless, I'm THRILLED that people are playing this game.

I'm not a fan of Jessica, tbh. It feels kind of like they were trying for Ada 2.0 and just went to ridiculous levels. Plus, I found her dialogue annoying as all get out. "I'm so cold," well you're in tights and short-shorts in a snow-storm. Put some clothes on.

But that said, I did really enjoy Revelations. It was a refreshing return to the roots of the franchise without doing away with few advancements the later titles introduced, like over-the-shoulder view for example. I'd take this over RE6 any day.

Though I wish they'd fix the damn dodge function. Being a Gears of War fan, I am forever frustrated by how easy and intuitive it is there and yet so clunky and useless in RE.
